This latest, introspective single from Alyssa Scott, “Where Does It Go,” ponders the question surrounding the nature of time and how it inevitably will pass us by, often without us even realizing it until it’s happened. Aside from the ponderable theme of the song, Scott’s vocals are also an experience you don’t want to miss.
Her wispy, yet powerful voice immediately surrounds you from her first note.
This level of captivation is hard for many to achieve, but Scott has made it seem effortless. As this song emphasizes, the most important thing in life is to enjoy the moment, and value the time we have with our favorite people and favorite places while they – and we – are still around.
