LA Music Review | Art, stories and advice

Fresh, relaxing and full of encouragement!

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Hi Ernest welcome to LA Music Review! Tell us a little bit about you and your music.

I’m Ernest Richards, an independent artist, Music Producer,
Singer-Songwriter in English & Tamil…

Music Educator, and a Biblical Scholar from Chennai, India. As a keyboardist and multi-genre musician I have also undertaken session work internationally.

My body of work as a musician and performing artist (since 2004) enables me to possess a unique musical perspective and vocabulary – which is only because of God’s abundant grace. Furthermore, my aim is to reshape the “Singer/Songwriter” landscape which I believe needs a healthy balance of musical and lyrical complexity and fine-textured artistry.

Congrats on the release! What was your inspiration when you were writing this project?

Released on March 25, 2022. The inspiration when I was writing and arranging this single was my life-journey through the years.

What is your vision for this song?

My vision for this single is not only to reach a wider audience…

but also to uplift and encourage them no matter what situation they might be in in their lives. Furthermore, I would like to impart a sense of hope in the listeners when they listen to my single.

What is your favorite part of this body of work?

My favourite part of this body of work is the conglomeration of lyrical and musical simplified complexity present within it.

Anything else we should know about it? Future releases?

I have planned to release more of my original songs in the coming months and it is my hope that it touches peoples hearts and lives in a positive way.
