“Trees Touch Skies” was written during quarantine. I would often escape my depression & anxiety (fun double whammy) by laying on my front lawn for fresh air. I looked up at the sky, and the hook came to me. – Caley Rose
My husband and I had been both working from home, but not connecting or looking each other in the eyes during the days. I released “Trees Touch Skies” on our 5th wedding anniversary, 2 years after this song’s wake up call helped us to connect more deeply. It was produced by Matt Beilis (Disney’s Stargirl & Loki, Nike, HBO, & more) & co-written by Aimee Felise (Hallmark, Sony/ATV, CW, The Never List).
