Congrats on the release! What was your inspiration when you were writing this project?

Released on August 25, 2022. This song was inspired by my personal experience as a commuter knowing that public transportation is a big challenge here in the Philippines.

I created a story of a person stuck in a helpless situation who’s in need of coming home because his loved one is dying.

What is your vision for this project?

As an artist, I want to give a new music flavor to this new release. I also want to tell one of the thousand stories of being a commuter.

What is your favorite part of this body of work?

My favorite part of this song is the Pre-Chorus & Chorus which is:
Huwag kang bibitiw,
Huwag kang bibitiw,
Pwede bang mamaya o bukas na?
‘Di ko pa makakaya,
Teka, teka, teka muna,
Baka sakaling mag-iba,
Baka bukas ok ka na.

Those lines are like a prayer of the character speaking in this song. He’s hoping that he could come home and that she’s still alive & asking for a miracle hoping that tomorrow when he wakes up everything, will be fine.

Anything else we should know about it? Future releases? Upcoming events?

My 5th Single “BIYAHE” will be available on all digital music platforms on August 25, 2022. I will be also playing with my band on the NewVibe PH Artist Launch on September 17, 2022, LIVE at Social House, Circuit Makati.
