Sad but truly amazing!
Hi Rob, welcome to LA Music Review! Tell us a little bit about you and your music.
I’m John Robert Angeles. Most people call me Rob.
… I am a Digital Content Creator, Multimedia and Performing Artist, Founder and National Director of Have Courage Inc., a Freelance Virtual Assistant, and a CS Associate in an Australian FinTech by profession. And I would describe myself as a “Swiss Army Knife”. Me as a kid loves dancing and singing. I started performing at the age of 5 and was very active in performing arts from elementary to college.
In college, I was part of a theatre group where I gained experience in acting and singing. I then joined Far Eastern University’s FEU Cheering Squad and performed in several half time performances in UAAP Season 74-75.

Congrats on the release! What was your inspiration when you were writing this project?
Released on November 20, 2022. Everything I wanted to express, I wrote it in my very first single “Ilang Beses.” It’s a song about asking God how to unfasten the questions that keep on looping in my mind.
A heartbreak song that reminds how painful and shameful the things
I did for a person who secretly cheated on me.
What lessons would you like to impart with your audience?
To let them feel that it’s okay to let go.
What is your favorite part of the song?
It’s about the process of arranging it. I’m so happy that Migz Haleco did the arrangement for Ilang Beses. He is very collaborative and very talented. He doesn’t just suggest for the benefit of his ears but also considers what would be the best outcome to sound better for other people as well.

Been in iWantASAP and MOR for guestings and online performances. I’ll be in Abante Radyo on the 18th of December. And will be performing my debut album on Microsourcing’s Year End Party on January 2023.
