LA Music Review | Art, stories and advice
Relatable, heartfelt and truly amazing!

Hi Ronnie and Jaz, welcome to LA Music Review! Tell us a little bit about you and your music.
I’m Ronnie Lee, an independent sentimental songwriter who seeks to share my original works. I believe that music is a language more understood and appreciated by anyone. Songwriting is a gift from way back but has come forward with much vigor during this pandemic. I usually write songs for church use, various organizations, and themed events. I also do collaborations with a few professional and independent artists.
Hello! I’m Jaz Aquino, an independent songwriter from Tarlac City, Philippines. I wrote poems when I was in high school, and this helped me develop my songwriting. I believe that music transcends time, language, race, and space. I have a deep sense of attachment to my compositions because I write only about things close to my heart.
Congrats on the release! What was your inspiration when you were writing this project?
Released on December 15, 2022. Campione is a fourteen-track album with seven tracks each from Jaz and Ronnie. This is distributed by Cre8Music Records.

What is your vision for this song?
We want the listeners to enjoy all of the songs and remove some of the stress, even for just a few minutes.
What is your favorite part of the song?

It is hard to choose a favorite. All songs are well thought of and I’m sure will be relatable to a lot of listeners. But for me, it’s Perfectly Together and Reyunyon. Perfectly Together is part of my actual wedding day story. A very special wedding ceremony and the wedding vow summarized in just a few minutes. Many who have walked down the aisle can relate to this song.
A reunion is an event very close to our hearts, especially to family and close friends. “Reyunyon” is a song that visually brings you back to such. You will feel nostalgic after hearing this very thoughtful song.

For me, it’s Fate and Only You. Fate is a song inspired by two people on divergent paths in their life’s journey, and, as if destined, they meet. Their hearts are instantly intertwined as if they’ve known that they were fated all along. The lyrics are the words they say to each other and declare, “fate brought us together, and it feels just right”, and every moment since then has made them inseparable.
Only You is a song about loving someone from a distance—it is called devotion. They need not know it nor reciprocate that love. You only hope that they feel your love. If they do and think of you even for a bit, then, it is enough.
Anything else we should know about? Future releases?
We have an upcoming praise album entitled “We Praise“. Jaz Aquino and myself together with 14 other songwriters contributed to this album which will probably be out by the first quarter of 2023.
