LA Music Review | Art, stories and advice
Relaxing and upbeat!

Hi End of Shift, welcome to LA Music Review! Tell us a little bit about you and your music.
Hello! We’re End of Shift. We started recording and making songs during the pandemic. We had an 11-year hiatus and just got back in 2020. We were deeply influenced by alternative, EMO, and OPM music.
The band members are Askelon Jimenez (vocalist), Gideon Jimenez (guitarist), Lem Jimenez (guitarist), Gab Natividad (bassist), and Lester Llansang (drummer)

Congrats on the release! What was your inspiration when you were writing this project?
Released on March 17, 2023. We were inspired by the different life experiences of the members.
The album has 14 tracks—Partial, Flight, Purpose, Cloud9, Stones, Effete, Sky, 1159, Reminisce, Light, Memories, Answers, Hearts, and Sana.
What is your vision for this song? What lessons would you like to impart with your audience?
This album contains different concept but more on relationship with your significant other. Some are mutual well others not so much. I guess this will help you gauge and realise what to consider in their relationship.
What is your favorite part of this body of work?
Reminisce, this gives us the nostalgic vibes when we’re younger and carefree. The doubts, that point where you are unsure if you’ll go for it because it might ruin everything.
Anything else we should know about it? Future releases?
Hopefully soon, ongoing practice but no lineups for now.
